We are authorized to perform RMCAO concrete plant audits.

Are you preparing to provide concrete services to a municipal or provincial government for a specific project? If so, you must certify your concrete facility, which involves the completion of an RMCAO concrete plant audit. Working in conjunction with Ontario Provincial Standards Specifications (OPSS) and the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO), the Ready Mix Concrete Association of Ontario (RMCAO) developed a certification process that includes completing RMCAO concrete plant audits every two years.

RMCAO Concrete Plant Audits in GTA

At Belanger Engineering, we are a qualified RMCAO approved professional engineering firm, so we possess the necessary authorization to perform these audits. There are two parts to RMCAO concrete plant audits that your concrete facility must meet. Part A is a comprehensive concrete facility audit, which involves assessing your concrete delivery vehicles, your facility, and the concrete mixing equipment you use. This process ensures your facilities and equipment meet the minimum qualifications set forth by the Canadian Standards Association A23.1-14 – Concrete Materials and Methods of Concrete Construction, and A23.2-14 – Methods of Test and Standard Practices for Concrete.

The second part, or the ECO portion, addresses environmental requirements and confirms your organization is committed to exceeding the minimum environmental requirements.

Our full-service engineering firm, which serves the entire GTA, can successfully handle any review and performance improvement standards your business needs assistance with. Schedule your RMCAO concrete plant audit today by reaching out to us at Belanger Engineering.
