Belanger Engineering is a firm of Building Science Engineers that was established in 1995 to serve the needs of Condominium Corporations and Building Owners. We provide our clients with consulting services to aid them in the evaluation, repair and maintenance of their buildings and properties. Paul Belanger, the Founder and President of Belanger Engineering, has over 25 years experience in the investigation and repair of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

Condition Assessments & Repair Planning

We carry out Condition Assessments and Repair Planning for buildings and individual building components. The reports include detailed explanations of existing conditions, recommended repair philosophies, repair/replacement estimates and any other pertinent information that will aid the owner in the decision making process….

 

Performance Audits & Warranty Claims

We prepare Performance Audits of new buildings and assist and consult in warranty claims. Performance Audits are a record of construction deficiencies.
